Kuphulika kumatha kuchitika mutu ukamenya chinthu, kapena chinthu choyenda chikumenya mutu. Kusokonezeka ndi mtundu wovulala kwambiri wamaubongo. Ikhozanso kutchedwa kuvulala koopsa muubongo.
Kusokonezeka kumatha kukhudza momwe ubongo umagwirira ntchito. Kuchuluka kwa kuvulala kwaubongo komanso kutalika kwake kudzadalira momwe kupwetekako kukukulira.
