Zakudya zam'mimba za apaulendo
Kutsekula m'mimba kwa apaulendo kumayambitsa chimbudzi chotseguka, chamadzi. Anthu amatha kutsekula m'mimba akamayendera malo omwe madzi sakuyera kapena chakudya sichimayendetsedwa bwino. Izi zingaphatikizepo mayiko omwe akutukuka ku Latin America, Africa, Middle East, ndi Asia.
