Kukonzekera mawonekedwe:
Sambani ndi kudula tomato mu cubes, makamaka popanda mbewu, ndipo chitani chimodzimodzi ndi avocado. Ikani phwetekere, anyezi, tchizi, peyala ndi chimanga mu chidebe. Kumenya zosakaniza zonse mpaka pasakhale yunifolomu osakaniza ndikuwonjezera pa saladi.
4. Msuzi wa nkhuku ndi chimanga
Zosakaniza:
- 1 / nkhuku yopanda khungu yodulidwa;
- 2 lita imodzi yamadzi;
- 2 ngala za chimanga kudula mu magawo;
- 1 chikho cha dzungu;
- 1 chikho cha kaloti;
- 1 chikho cha mbatata zothira;
- Mapiritsi awiri a coriander wodulidwa;
- 1/4 tsabola wofiirira;
- 1 nthambi ya chives;
- 1/2 anyezi wamkulu adulidwa pakati;
- Supuni 2 zamafuta;
- 1/2 anyezi odulidwa m'mabwalo ndi ma clove awiri a adyo wovulala;
- Mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe.
Kukonzekera mawonekedwe:
Ikani mafuta mumsuzi waukulu kuti muthe anyezi m'mabwalo ndikuphwanya ma clove adyo. Kenako onjezerani madzi, nkhuku, chives, anyezi odulidwa pakati, tsabola, magawo a chimanga, mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe.
Bweretsani chithupsa mpaka chimanga ndi nkhuku zikhale zofewa kenako onjezerani masamba onse ndikuchotsa tsabola ndi chives. Zosakaniza zonse zikakhala zofewa, onjezani coriander wodulidwa. Ndikofunika kuchotsa pang'onopang'ono chithovu chomwe chimapanga msuzi.
