Kudya mafuta okhuta kwambiri ndi chimodzi mwazinthu zazikulu zomwe zimayambitsa matenda amtima. Zakudya zamafuta amtunduwu ndi monga: mazira a mazira, tchizi wolimba, mkaka wonse, kirimu ayisikilimu, batala, ndi nyama zamafuta (ndi magawo akulu a nyama).
