Pogwiritsa ntchito ndodo

- Tembenuzani mwa kuyendetsa mwendo wanu wolimba, osati mwendo wanu wofooka.

- Pepani khalani pansi.
Kuyimirira:
- Pitani kutsogolo kwa mpando wanu ndikusunthira mwendo wanu wofooka patsogolo.
- Gwirani ndodo ziwiri mdzanja lanu mbali imodzi ndi mwendo wanu wofooka.
- Gwiritsani ntchito dzanja lanu laulere kukuthandizani kukweza kuchokera pampando wanu kuti muyimirire.
- Sungani mwendo wanu wolimba mukayika ndodo m'manja.

Kutsika masitepe:
- Ikani ndodo zanu pa sitepe pansipa, imodzi pamanja lililonse.
- Sungani mwendo wanu wofooka patsogolo ndi pansi. Tsatirani ndi mwendo wanu wamphamvu.
- Ngati pali cholembera, mutha kuchigwira ndikugwira ndodo zonse mbali yanu mbali imodzi. Izi zitha kukhala zomangika. Chifukwa chake onetsetsani kuti mupita pang'onopang'ono mpaka mutakhala bwino.
Sinthani mozungulira nyumba yanu kuti mupewe kugwa.
